TimeProof uses one unified credit balance. You can add credits in two ways:

Buy a one-time pack for prepaid scheduled usage.
Start a monthly plan for recurring credits, included verification, and verified features.

One-Time Packs

One-time packs are available to any account and do not expire.

Every monthly plan includes identity verification. Verified accounts can use instant timestamps at 2 credits per file and Legal-Grade upgrades on eligible batches.

What Verification Changes

Verification is the dividing line between the scheduled-only tier and the verified feature tier.

Unverified: scheduled timestamps only
Verified plan subscriber: scheduled, instant, and Legal-Grade

If you need immediate anchoring, identity attestation, or courtroom-ready evidence, start with a plan instead of packs alone.

How Purchase Works

Personal balance

Open the Credit Store or plan selector in the dashboard.
Choose a one-time pack or monthly plan.
Complete checkout through Stripe.
Credits are added immediately after successful payment.

Organization balance

Switch into the organization context.
Open the billing area.
Purchase a pack for the organization balance.
Members working in that org context consume org credits.

After Purchase

One-time pack credits appear in your unified balance and do not expire.
Monthly plan credits refresh on the billing date.
Verified plans can begin or renew Stripe Identity as part of the plan workflow.
TimeProof notifications confirm successful purchases and balance changes.

Quick Buying Rules

Choose a one-time pack if you only need scheduled timestamps.
Choose a monthly plan if you need verification, instant timestamps, or Legal-Grade.
Use packs as top-ups even if you already have a plan.
